What we collect
If you join our launch list we store the email address you provide, an optional name, the date you subscribed and your subscription status. We do not collect payment data or special category data through this website.
Why we use it
We use your email address only to confirm your subscription and to let you know when the new studio website and selected work go live. Our lawful basis is your consent, given through a double opt-in confirmation link.
How long we keep it
We keep subscriber records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Sharing and security
Subscriber data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure and is only accessible to studio administrators. We never sell your data, and we only share it with the service providers that host our database and deliver our email.
