The challenge
BlueHome has two audiences at once. People deciding where to live need to browse what is available and reach someone quickly, with a clear view of the property, its neighbourhood and its connections before they arrange a viewing. The team behind the listings needs a single place to keep properties, costs and reporting in order.
Our approach
We treated both as one brief. LondonProperty.net gives renters a place to discover homes, rooms and studios and start an enquiry over WhatsApp, marketing content answers the practical questions people ask before a viewing, and the internal application gives the company one place to manage properties and review the money that moves around them.

- Internal cloud-based management application
- Property videos and Reels shot on location

Two strands of work
Strand 01
Finding a place to live
LondonProperty.net is where the available homes, rooms and studios are presented together, area by area, so someone can see what is on and get in touch in one step. Enquiries run through WhatsApp rather than a payment checkout: the site is for discovery and first contact, and the conversation continues with the team.
- A rental listings site covering homes, rooms and studios
- Property pages with location and availability presented clearly
- Browsing by area across North and West London
- A direct WhatsApp enquiry route from any listing
Strand 02
Attracting attention
Property marketing built around what someone needs to know before arranging a viewing: the space itself, the area around it and how easy it is to get anywhere else.
- On-location property video and Reels
- Bilingual property copy for social channels
- Neighbourhood and transport-led content
- Meta campaign support and monthly reporting

Supporting the business
A cloud-based application built for the team: properties, costs, income and expenditure reporting and the day-to-day administration of the company in one shared place.
- A central record of the company's properties
- Recording and reviewing property-related costs
- Reports bringing income and expenditure into view
- A shared application for internal administration
Inside the application
The application was built around four areas of the company's work. Select an area to read what it covers.
