The challenge

A chef's personal brand is not the same thing as the business he cooks for. Dairo's name needed its own voice — the journey, the technique and the cultural story behind the plate — rather than a feed of food photographs. His after-school cooking club then needed somewhere of its own: a place for parents to understand the programme and book a place.

Our approach

We build content around what he can speak to first-hand: where the cooking comes from, how a dish is made and why it matters, plus the collaborations and appearances that show his expertise being recognised by other people. For the club we built a website and booking platform, so the programme is explained on one page and the places, registrations and confirmations are handled in the same system.

What we delivered

  • Personal-brand content direction
  • Filming and short-form editing around his cooking
  • Cultural and journey-led storytelling
  • Coverage of collaborations and appearances
  • Captions, publication support and monthly reporting
  • The Foodie Explorers Club — website and booking platform

The live home page of the club's website and booking platform.

  • The Foodie Explorers Club home page, with the club name, the line Created and led by Chef Dairo Lopez, the school location and a booking call to action
The Foodie Explorers Club — published home page
