The challenge

A shop with a deep, unusual range is limited by its opening hours and its high street. Selling online means every product has to be findable, understandable and orderable — and the shop's character has to survive the move.

Our approach

We built and maintain the webshop alongside the content. The catalogue is structured so a large range stays navigable, product information is looked after as part of the upkeep, and filming is planned around store activity so the same stories run through the shop, the site and the social channels.

What we delivered

  • Webshop build and ongoing maintenance
  • An online catalogue the client reports at more than 1,000 products
  • Order-flow and product-information upkeep
  • Print applications, including the card that goes out with orders
  • Recurring on-site filming visits, short-form video and editing
  • Captions, publication support and monthly reporting

Card artwork designed to go out with customer orders. The shop scene is part of the card design.

Two strands of work

Websites

The shop, open beyond opening hours

The client reports an online catalogue of more than a thousand products and orders coming through the site. Our work is the build and the upkeep that keeps a range that size usable.

  • Catalogue structure for a large, varied range
  • Product information maintained as part of the ongoing upkeep
  • Ongoing maintenance rather than a one-off delivery
  • Printed thank-you card designed for outgoing orders

Content Creation

Filmed where the shop actually happens

Products, Latin American food culture and practical reasons to visit, filmed on site and published on a regular rhythm.

  • Recurring filming visits planned around the shop's week
  • Short-form video and editing
  • Product, refill and coffee storytelling as recurring themes
  • Captions and publication support

What the work produces

  • A working webshop with a client-reported catalogue of more than 1,000 products, taking online orders
  • A repeatable filming routine built around the shop's own week
  • A library of short-form videos covering products and store activity
  • Website information kept aligned with what the social channels are saying

The shop now sells online as well as on the high street, with the same voice and one team keeping both current.
